The foundation of Susquehanna Software, Inc goes back nearly a quarter of a century. In the early 1980's we opened our first office, developing software applications for a host of industries throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and eventually beyond. Long before computer programmers received fancy names like 'Software Engineers' and 'Database Technicians', we did then what we do now. That is to write software to meet the needs of our customers. Our path, like that of the Susquehanna River, has woven it's way through the Keystone State and we have now written applications for over 30 counties.
In the 'early years' we developed systems for many companies in the private sector, including applications for Inventory Management, Quality Control, Automotive, Banking, Electronics, Food, Health Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Transportation.
Over the past decade we have directed our programming talents more toward government agencies, including County governments. Our applications in the Court Systems, Drug and Alcohol, Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and other Human Services agencies have helped us build our reputation.
